1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship:

  • Across India (all serviceable locations)
  • Internationally (to serviceable regions based on courier availability)

2. Shipping Charges

  • India: We offer free shipping across India
  • International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at actuals based on the destination and will be shown at checkout

3. Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via trusted third-party courier and postal services. While we ensure careful handling from our end, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control.

4. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days from the time of purchase
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
  • You will receive an order confirmation once your order is processed

5. Delivery Time

  • Domestic Orders: Delivered within 7 business days from dispatch
  • International Orders: Delivered within 15–20 business days, depending on destination and customs
  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, customs, courier issues) may occur, but we will keep you informed

6. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your order in real time

7. Order Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, we rely on third-party logistics partners. In case of delays, we will coordinate with them and keep you updated

8. Undelivered Orders
If an order is returned due to incorrect address or unavailability:

  • We will get in touch with you
  • Reshipping may involve additional charges

9. Damaged Goods 
We take great care in packaging each product. However, if you receive a damaged item:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos, including the unboxing (must).
  • Based on the assessment, we will offer a suitable resolution (replacement, partial refund, or otherwise)
