Return and Refund Policy
At Kaathpadar, every saree you see is not just a product, it is a piece of someone’s craft, time, and legacy.
Before it reaches you, each saree goes through a careful three-layer quality check at our end. From weave to finish, we personally ensure that what arrives at your doorstep is exactly what we would love to wear ourselves. Because of this, the chances of receiving a defective piece are extremely rare.
Our Policy
We follow a strict no return and no refund policy.
This helps us:
- Maintain the authenticity of handloom products
- Ensure fair practices for our weavers and artisans
- Avoid unnecessary handling that can affect the fabric’s integrity
In Case of a Defect - 🎥 Unboxing Video Required
While rare, if you do receive a product with a genuine defect, I want to make this right for you.
📩 How to Report a Damaged Product
- Please record a clear unboxing video while opening the package
- The video must start before the package is opened and clearly show the issue
- Share this video & description of your issue with us within 24 hours of receiving your order
Once we review and validate the concern, we will assist you with the next steps.
Important Notes
- Requests raised without an unboxing video will not be eligible for review
- Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted
- Slight irregularities in weave or texture are a natural hallmark of authentic handloom sarees, not defects
We encourage customers to contact us before purchasing if they need additional photos, videos, or clarifications.
✅ Exchange or Full Refund Only for Damaged Products
We offer exchange or 100% refund only if the product is genuinely damaged, subject to verification.
If approved, you will receive:
- Full refund including shipping charges
OR
- Free replacement (subject to availability)
Kaathpadar will bear all costs in such verified damage cases.
✅ What is Considered Damage
