At Kaathpadar Innovations Private Limited, we strive to offer reliable and timely delivery of our products to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Shipping and Delivery Policy to understand our processes and your responsibilities.

1. Shipping Locations

We offer shipping to:

  • All over India where postal services are available.
  • International Shipping: We ship internationally, but please note that shipping is available only to locations where we can provide service. If you are in a serviceable area and we have the shipping option available, we will process your order.

2. Shipping Methods

We provide standard shipping for all orders, both domestic and international. Shipping services are carried out by third-party postal and courier services. While we strive for timely delivery, please note that we do not have complete control over the third-party shipping services, and delays can occur due to reasons beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the product size, weight, and delivery location.
  • Customers will be notified of the shipping cost at the time of checkout.
  • There are no flat rates; each product may have a different shipping charge depending on these factors.

4. Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your order and its status once it has been processed.

5. Delivery Time

  • Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days from the time the order is shipped.
  • International Orders: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance. Estimated delivery time is generally 10–15 business days.
  • Delays: Shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs clearance, or courier issues) may occasionally occur. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve any delays and keep you informed.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can monitor the progress of your delivery online.

7. Order Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we rely on third-party shipping services for the final leg of delivery. As such, we do not have complete control over any delays caused by postal services or couriers. If there are significant delays, we will coordinate with the shipping service to help resolve the issue and inform you of the situation.

8. Undelivered Orders

  • If your order is undelivered (e.g., due to an incorrect address or your unavailability to receive the package), it will be returned to us.
  • Once returned, we will contact you to discuss the next steps, but please note that additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

9. Damaged Goods

  • We take great care in packaging our products. All items are packed with high tolerance packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, if the product is damaged during shipping, please take the following actions:
    • Contact Us Immediately: Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product.
    • Provide Evidence: Please send us clear photos and videos of the damage, including images/videos of the unboxing process.
    • Once we receive the evidence, we will assess the situation and provide a solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or other resolutions as deemed appropriate.
